Shopify Admin Assistants

We are looking for Shopify Assistants to join our team. These teammates will assist with making sure newly acquired Shopify websites are properly running based on the company’s standards – This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a fast-growing startup, and continue learning and growing during their career.

The Role:

Shopify Site Management – You will manage the client’s newly acquired shopify websites by executing a smooth onboarding process and making sure the transition to the new system is completed. Coordinate with 3rd-party logistics, and adding them to client’s systems

Administrative – You will be working on organizing, preparing, coordinating, clean up data, create SOPs and managing various tasks and documents to support operations

Communication – You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected, scheduling team meetings

The Requirements

  • A minimum of high school Diploma/Bachelor from a proficient University.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience managing/handling shopify websites
  • Must have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Liquid
  • Must have experience in working with any ecommerce stores
  • Must have experience with various online tools such as Klaviyo, Slack, Gorgias, clickup, and Shopify
  • Must have good english communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be able to follow agreed timeline and meet deadlines
  • Must have a solid understanding of Excel (leveraging pivot tables, vlookups etc.)

E-commerce Virtual Assistants

We are looking for responsible and tech-savy commerce virtual assistants. You will be working with our team and reporting to the Ecommerce manager on our company’s diverse E-commerce services. The Role:

Order and Shipment ProcessingYou will track all orders up to the fulfillment process to ensure everything is delivered according to the plan.
